Many of the items in the shop are post free, you can easily spot these items by the logo next to the item, If you don't see this logo then these items will be charged a postal fee, To see how much postage on this item will be please add the item to your shopping basket, then go to the basket where you will see the postage costs.

You may want to purchase a post free item and a post chargeable item, you will be charged postage only on the chargeable item, the post free item will remain as that. Where postage is charged, we use the current postage cost using the weight of the item and the tariff of the company used to send the goods.

Postage rates will change on whatever service you decide to choose for your shipping. Please ensure you are happy with your delivery method before submitting your order

Completed sales that only consist of freepost items will be sent at the nominal service for that item either by Royal Mail or Courier.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We do not offer free postage on items to any other Countries, when purchasing, shop as normal, enter your address and payment details. Once the order is received we will weigh your items and contact you with a postage price for your Country where you will be given the option to complete the order or cancel it, before payment is taken.

We don't offer VAT removal. being in a non EU country only means the VAT can be removed if the business is signed up to do so. We don't sell enough to non EU countries to warrant the expense for us to do this at this present time. If our International custom base grows to warrant this opt-in then we will definitely consider it

We make no profit on postage and packing for any form of shipping.

PLEASE NOTE - We are a small family run business, we cannot offer next day delivery on sales. We parcel all sales once the store is closed and parcels are then shipped the next morning. Once shipped, on average, UK customers will receive your item/s within 3 working days dependant on postal service.
